Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To start a return, please contact us first by email at info@aurehomeliving.com and we will assist you in registering your return.

As we work with external suppliers, returns are sent directly to our supplier. Once you contact us, you will receive the correct return address along with instructions on how to send your item back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• in its original condition

• unused

• with all original tags and packaging included

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item has been received and approved by our supplier, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
